Our Great Treasure

We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure.  This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.
2 Corinthians 4:7 New Living Translation

The enemy want us to think we are defeated, but we are not.  How can we be when the Greatest Treasure in the world live in each of us.  Remember what God’s Word says in 1 John 4:4.

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.

Everyday has we journey through this crisis we will need to renew our minds. The enemy will not stop playing games with our minds. His job is to discredit who we are in Jesus and to discredit Jesus’ love for us. Let us remain faithful to God. Let us, His children shine brightly. Let God’s light shine. Remember there are many who have not made Jesus their Lord and Savior, so let Jesus shine within your hearts and guide them through the Almighty God who is able to keep their hearts in perfect peace.

If you seek God you will find Him. The face of God can be seen in the smiles of your love ones. See the face of God within those who are around you. Find joy in seeing the presence of God in their hearts. I have two beautiful grandchildren who help me to see a God’s face in these dark times.

Stand firm on the truth of God’s Holy Word.

My truth today, I will lift up my eyes unto the hills from where shall my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

If you doubt the Lord is in control, read Job Chapter 38. After reading it you will not have any doubt that God Almighty is in control.

Father God, calm the hearts of your children today. Give the them courage, strength and love to help them to stand firm during these dark times. Remind us that no matter how dark the days, You are still the light of the world. Our a God cannot be dethroned. Remind them daily Father that “The Lord, He is God”!

Help us to Trust in the Lord with all our heart and to lean not own our own understanding, but in all our ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6.
